Tony Anamourlis has a Master of Laws and specialises in estate planning, multi-national transactions, negotiating with the Commissioner of Taxation and other regulators and recovery litigation against professionals outside of negligence actions.
Apart from Tax, Tax Structuring, Superannuation and SMSF Property Structuring, and Estate Planning, Tony has advised on a broad spectrum of taxation laws including structured business advice, Selling and Buying businesses, Joint Ventures, international tax, capital raising, venture capital, tax compliance, transfer pricing, capital gains tax, trusts, tax administration, tax litigation, reconstructions, corporate insolvency and corporate governance.
He has also presented at National and International tax conferences and has published in leading national and international tax journals and is called upon from major leading Australian Newspapers to comment upon Global Tax Issues.
